Kauffman Stadium - Home of the Kansas City Royals

Named in honor of Ewing M. Kauffman, Kauffman Stadium includes the unique features of a 12-story high scoreboard and 322-foot wide waterfall attraction over the outfield fences. Grass replaced artificial turf at Kauffman Stadium before the 1995 season. Adjustments to the outfield fence included lower the walls from 12 to 9 feet and moving those inward 10 feet from each bullpen. Kauffman Stadium seats 40,793.
